All deliveries are based in Munich, Germany. Domestic orders and shipments will be processed via DPD or DHL. Orders are shipped after crafting the hat, authorization, and verification of the payment. Please contact us at for more information.

You will receive an email confirmation from us, order details, and tracking of your order. Please note shipping services might not be available during the weekends or public holidays. All delivery times are estimated only and we can't be responsible for delays due to force of nature, other uncontrollable events, or lost and/or stolen packages after your order is shipped.


Orders are available for local pick up by appointment in Munich, Germany. You will receive an email from us when your product is ready to pick up.


Please note that the custom-made hats and hats that have been pre-ordered cannot be accepted for returns as they are uniquely made especially for you. It is your responsibility to give us the correct dimensions of the head measurements and style you wish.

Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging. We cannot refund or take returns on hats that have been used. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

If you would like to return an item purchased on, please send us a request at for a return authorization within 15 days of the delivery date.

We offer returns for either store credit or a refund in the original form of payment.

No refund will be taken into consideration if the return instructions are not strictly respected. In case the product has any deterioration other than the manufacturing defects (if any), has the exclusive and unilaterally right to decide a partial refund accordingly. In case of a valid return, your account will be credited within 15 days of receiving the returned products, or we can exchange the product after your confirmation.


International orders and customers wishing to return an item for a refund or exchange must cover return shipping costs. Leandro Junqueira is not responsible for lost and/or stolen return packages. For more information on making an international return please email to 


Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. As the customer and importer of the goods, you will be responsible for these charges. Import duties or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from the appointed forwarder. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price before purchase completion. Leandro Junqueira is not responsible for any delays on goods that have been held back as a result of procedures carried out by your local customs authorities.
